About TapMyPlace
TapMyPlace is operated by Codar.me. QR plates carry a stable Link URL whose destination can be updated by its owner.
Your account and plates
Keep access to your email and device secure. Only configure or transfer plates you are authorized to manage. A Link destination is public to people who access that Link.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account erases your personal data and ends your sign-in. Your plates keep working and keep redirecting to their current destinations. To switch them off, pause them before you request deletion. The destination of a link you leave active stays public and may identify you (for example, a WhatsApp number).
Allowed use and destination safety
Do not use the service for fraud, malware, harassment, unlawful content or unauthorized access. Destination checks may block or suspend a Link, but cannot guarantee that external websites are safe. Contact Codar.me to report a problem or request review.
Service availability and changes
Network, device and external-service failures can interrupt setup or access. Changes to these documents will be published here with a new revision date.
